[heading]Moving Tips[/heading]
Charlotte Moving Company TipsOn moving day, it’s always a last minute scramble just to get everything on the truck. Ideally, we would all love to have everything neatly packed into a box that is clearly labeled, then get to the new place and find everything easily. Reality is that many often wait to the last minute to pack, shoving unmatched things into one box. When we finally get to the new place, we can’t find essentials like toothbrushes or laptops. If you let T-N-T handle the big part of the move, loading and unloading the truck, you can concentrate on the small things.

Pack an overnight bag that has pajamas, change of clothes, toiletries, laptop and cell phone charger. This will allow you to take a shower at the new place after the move and getting ready the next morning will be so much easier.

Include things like eating utensils, select cookware, power strips, phone and laptop chargers, toilet paper, shower liner, trash bags, paper towels, box cutter, clean sheets and remotes. The clear bin will stand out from the myriad of cardboard boxes. You will have everything you need to open boxes, make a quick meal, use the bathroom, stay connected and clear trash.sapien.

[service icon=”moon-marker-2″ title=”Use Colorful Duct Tape for Easy Labeling.” size=”30″]You may not have time to label all your boxes. Use a different colored duct tape for each room. Pack one room at a time and seal up the boxes with colored duct tape. Make a list of which color goes with which room. This is an easy way to identify where boxes go for the movers in the new place.

[service icon=”moon-cube-2″ title=”Use a Trash Bag to Pack a Closet..” size=”30″]The fastest and best way to pack hanging clothes is to leave them hanging and get a trash bag. Keep your clothes on their hangers and put the bottom halves in a trash bag. Bags are cheap and it probably will take a few bags if you have a lot of clothes. When you get to your new places, simply hang them in the closet and remove the trash bag. Viola! And you can even use the bags for trash.
